Winterborne Decor: Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges
We accept exchanges of non-custom items, when notified within 7 days of receiving your order.
Our products are carefully handmade-to-order and, therefore, returns are not permitted.
We gladly accept exchanges to pair you with a product that will work well for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged goods are eligible for a replacement.
Occasionally items for get damaged in transit. If this occurs, please take photos of the damaged items - and the box - so we can handle it with the postal carrier.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, it may not be canceled. But if for any reason you have a concern about your order once you receive it, please contact us at hello@winterbornedecor.com and we'd be happy to help.
Orders may not be modified in any other way than to change the shipping address. The shipping address may be changed for up to 3 days after date of purchase.
