Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICIES & PROCESSING TIMES

Products ship within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted in the Shipping Updates page (located on website footer) or as mentioned within the product description.

Items are shipped via First Class mail US Postal Service or UPS, with tracking.  You will be emailed when you order ships and will be provided with a tracking number. 

An order may ship in several different packages at different times.  If the tracking shows that your package was lost in the mail, please contact us and we can assist you.

PROCESSING: The time between when you place the order and when it ships are estimates (shown above) and times may vary depending on seasonality or current global issues effecting the manufacturing pipeline.

SHIPPING: The time between when your items ships and when it is delivered varies greatly depending on where you live. Generally items shipped within the US will arrive within 7 days, while items shipped outside the US arrive within 2-4 weeks. The shipping times may vary depending on seasonality or current global issues effecting the carrier network.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, it,immediately goes into production.  Therefore, it may not be canceled.  But if for any reason you have a concern about your order once you receive it, please contact us at hello@winterbornebaby.com and we'd be happy to help.

Orders may not be modified in any other way than to change the shipping address.  The shipping address may be changed for up to 3 days after date of purchase.

SENDING AS A GIFT?

Pricing info is never included on any packing slip, or inside any package.  So a recipient will not see the price, they will only see the name and address of purchaser.

At this time, gift wrap or gift messaging is not available.
